Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at JabaLabs, LLC you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund (one bottle per customer only) less shipping & handling for the bottle returned. 

 To qualify you must obtain an RMA# from this website and return your item within 60 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)

 Return Procedure 

 Obtain your RMA# within 60 days of receipt of your order via e-mail. You can obtain it by logging into your account in this website and request the return number, it is an automatic process and it is hassle free. 

 All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.  Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
